• Led Havas Chicago’s New Business department, driving double-digit financial growth from 2022 to 2024. Oversaw end-to-end development of the RFI and RFP submission process, resulting in high-profile client wins including Chamberlain (MyQ), Hilton, Wayfair, James Hardie, Carl Buddig, Yumbo, RTX, Starbucks, Maria Pinto, PLEZi, and the Chicago Red Stars. 

• Built and implemented foundational new business capabilities and pitch processes, establishing a repeatable, results-driven approach that contributed to consistent success within the agency. Adept at navigating scopes, managing budgets, and balancing day-to-day execution with long-term growth. 

New Business Project Manager (January 2022 – May 2023) 

• Lead Project Manager for Havas Chicago’s New Business department, overseeing high-stakes pitch initiatives and contributing to wins with MyEyeDr., the City of Chicago Tourism, and the Chicago Community Safety Coordination Center. Directed cross-functional pitch teams, aligning strategy, creative, and production resources to deliver compelling RFI/RFP submissions under tight deadlines.

• Drove process innovation, implementing new workflow systems and project management tools that improved transparency, streamlined collaboration, and reduced turnaround times by greater than 20%. Created standardized templates and briefing frameworks that enhanced consistency and elevated the quality of client deliverables.
